A Firm in its Fifth Decade

Forty-seven years
of quiet, careful
administration.

HERBYES S.A. has operated since 1979, first in Entre Ríos and today with offices in Buenos Aires. We handle the administrative work that keeps a company in good standing — the filings, the records, the corporate housekeeping that is invisible until it is missing.

I.

What a Sociedad Anónima does all day

Behind every operating company is a second, quieter company: the one that files on time, keeps the minute book current, and can produce a document three years later when somebody asks. That is the work we do.

II.

Why longevity matters here

Administrative work rewards memory. A firm that has filed the same kinds of records since 1979 has seen the rules change several times and kept pace. Continuity is not nostalgia; it is the whole value.

III.

What we are not

We are a business-services company, not a bank, not a financial institution, and not an investment adviser. We administer and support. We do not take deposits, lend, or manage anyone's money.

From a single provincial office to the capital.

A short, factual history. We have left the embellishments to other people's brochures.

What we handle

Six kinds of work, all of them administrative.

01

Corporate Administration

Keeping a company's statutory records current — the minute book, the register of shareholders, resolutions and the ordinary corporate housekeeping that falls due whether or not anyone is watching.

02

Filings & Compliance Calendars

Tracking what must be filed and when, and filing it on the timetable the rules require rather than the one that happens to be convenient.

03

Document & Records Management

Orderly storage and retrieval, so that when a question arrives about a decision made years ago, the answer exists and can be produced.

04

Back-Office Support

The routine processing — correspondence, registers, supplier and contract records — that a small team cannot always carry alongside the actual business.

05

Liaison & Representation

Acting as a steady point of contact for administrative matters, so that letters are answered and deadlines are not missed during a busy season.

06

Coordination with Professionals

Working alongside your accountant, notary and legal counsel — giving them complete, consistent paperwork rather than a box of documents to reconstruct.

“
A company is remembered for what it built. It survives on what it filed, on time, for forty-seven years.
— The working principle of the firm
How we work

Discretion, continuity, and a written trail.

Administrative work is a matter of trust more than flair. These are the commitments that have kept the same kind of clients with us across decades, and they are deliberately unglamorous.

Confidentiality by default

What passes through an administrative office stays there. Discretion is not a premium service; it is the baseline.

On the timetable, not after it

A filing made late is a different thing from a filing made on time. We work to the deadline that matters, not the one that is comfortable.

Everything in writing

Scope, responsibilities and handling are agreed on paper before work begins, so there is never a question of who was to do what.

We stay in our lane

Where a matter needs a lawyer, an accountant or a notary, we say so and coordinate with them — rather than improvise advice we are not qualified to give.

Questions

What people ask before engaging us

No. HERBYES S.A. is a business-services company. We provide corporate administration and back-office support. We are not a bank or financial institution, we do not take deposits or lend money, and we do not manage investments or give financial advice. If that is what you need, we are not the right firm and will say so.

Both are true. The company was incorporated in 1979 with its original domicile in Gualeguaychú, Entre Ríos, and today maintains its fiscal address in the City of Buenos Aires, on Avenida Presidente Julio A. Roca. A firm nearly five decades old tends to accumulate a little geography.

The administrative work that keeps a company in good standing: statutory records, filing calendars, document management, back-office processing and coordination with your own professionals. It is deliberately broad, because what one company needs handled is rarely what the next one does. The common thread is that all of it is administrative, not advisory.

Our roots are provincial and our present is in the capital, so the short answer is yes. Administrative work travels well. The practical question is always the same — what needs handling, on what timetable — and that is where any conversation with us begins.

Tell us what is causing difficulty and what your own team already handles. We will set out a scope in writing, with responsibilities and document handling clearly stated, and agree it before any work begins. No two engagements are identical, which is why none of them start with a standard package.

Get in touch

A conversation,
then a written scope.

Tell us what needs handling and on what timetable. If the matter belongs with a lawyer or an accountant instead, that will be the first thing we tell you.
